3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
● Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services.
● Cooperate with us and respond promptly to requests for feedback or approvals.
● Ensure that any content, materials, or data provided to us do not violate intellectual property rights, privacy laws, or any applicable regulations.
● Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner as outlined in the agreed-upon contract or invoice.
4. Payment Terms
- Fees: Fees for services will be outlined in a proposal, contract, or invoice and directly in our payment tab a well. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via (processed securely through third-party payment processors like PayPal, Gateways and bank transfers).
- Payment Terms: All payments are due upfront unless otherwise agreed. Payment schedules align with the project’s billing date.
- Late Payments: Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional charges as outlined in the contract.
5. Intellectual Property
- Client Content: You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials provided to us to deliver services.
- Our Work: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain ownership of any tools, methodologies, templates, or intellectual property developed during providing services.
- Licenses: Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables (e.g., website design and marketing materials) for your business purposes.
6. Confidentiality
We agree to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and data shared with us, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to provide the services.
7. Data Protection
We comply with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
8. Limitation of Liability
- No Guarantees: While we strive to deliver high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific results, such as search engine rankings, website traffic, or campaign performance.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
- Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service in question.
9. Termination
- By Client: You may terminate services by providing written notice. Any unpaid fees for work completed up to the termination date will remain due.
- By Us: We may terminate services if you breach these terms, fail to pay a fee or engage in conduct that negatively impacts our ability to deliver services.
- Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you will no longer have access to our services, and we will cease all work on your behalf.
10. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve the use of third-party tools, platforms, or services. We are not responsible for the terms, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying you directly. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
